Age Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

Individuals under 18 may participate only with explicit parental or legal guardian consent; in such cases, a parent or legal guardian must complete this form on the minor’s behalf and select “Agree (I am a parent or legal guardian of a minor)". By doing so, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's compliance with this Terms and Conditions.

Voluntary & Unpaid Participation

I understand that participation in this Alpha Test is voluntary and unpaid. I will not receive any financial compensation or employment rights for testing the game. Singular Perception S.r.l. may, at its sole discretion, offer testers a free copy of the finished game or other optional benefits, but such benefits are not guaranteed and are not considered compensation.

Feedback & Ideas

Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas I provide may be used by Singular Perception S.r.l. freely and without limitation. I assign all rights to such feedback, with no attribution or compensation.

Confidentiality / NDA

I may record and post clips, screenshots, and gameplay from the game ONLY within the official Sol Protocol Discord server. I agree not to share, stream, post, or otherwise disclose any such information outside of that server without prior written consent from Singular Perception S.r.l.

Pre-Release Disclaimer

I understand that the game is an early pre-release build, may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, and is provided “as is” without any warranties.

VR Safety & Health

I agree to use the game only in a safe environment and to follow VR health and safety guidelines (including Meta’s). I understand that VR may cause motion sickness, discomfort, loss of balance, or other physical reactions. I participate at my own risk and will stop use immediately if I feel unwell.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU and local law, Singular Perception S.r.l. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from my participation in the Alpha Test or use of the pre-release software. My participation is entirely at my own risk.

Termination

Singular Perception S.r.l. may revoke my access at any time for any reason.
